just discover this amazing singer by the name of Angel Taylor. After my apartment was broken into i was feeling really stressed and just stuck in a rut. I was actually watching Tough Love 2 on VH1 and she was singing in like a coffee house. The song she was singing was entitled "Like you do" and it reminded me of my fiance and how nobody loves me like he does and no matter if I am mad or sad...he still loves me the same. Well once hearing this song made me want to search for more songs by her. My favorite song of hers is "Chia Tea Latte" and it is saying that you are the perfect guy for me, and i am for you. Just ask me out already. I think of you all the time, and you do not need to be with no one else but me. This song has soo many emotions behind it. It is bubbly and quirky, yet sweet all at the same time. Angel Taylor's voice is so different and the way she pronounces her words just makes the song soo distinct and one of a kind. After listening to various songs by her, I suddenly felt much better, even though I was still upset about the situation I am in, I look at it from a different side now

It's me...Shannon
Hi everyone! My name is Shannon Danae Fant. My nickname is Wiggy lol. My mom gave me that name when i was a baby because I could never stay still! I used to be embarrassed when I was younger but now it has grown on me and it makes me unique! I am very family oriented. My mom, two sisters and I are very close, they are like my best friends. We do everything together. I am very blessed to have such a close net family. My mom raised my two sisters and I by herself so I have learned to appreciate her 10 times more. I am what people my label as a "Military Bratt" I have been to many states but only one country (suprisingly). I moved to IL in 2006 where I attended and graduated from Mascoutah High School (c/o 09').
Some things about myself is that I am 18 years of age and I am engaged to my high school sweetheart, his name is James King. We are currently living together and are planning the wedding for next year in the spring. Many peple may think that 18 or 19 is not an appropriate to get hitched, and that is their opinion. I love my Jamesy Pooh with all my heart; he is not only my fiance but my best friend. We are soul mates. My hobbies are singing, reading, shopping, I love to draw even though i am not that good. My favorite author is Nicholas Sparks. He is the best writer in the world. I love his books because they are about true love, not you average-joe typical generic love, but deep, emotional, heart-felt love. he is just amazing and i love reading his books over and over again. I am your typical girl with alot to strive for. I love to have a good time and I love to make people laugh, I may come off as the quiet girl, but once you get to know me, i cant shut up! I have different types of friends, that is probably why I am the way I am. I and Black, White, Cherokee, and French. I may not look it but if you see my mom they u will get it. But like i was saying, I dont care if you are blue, purple, white, black i love everyone!! my best friend in the whole entire world is white. Yeah we are judged all the time but I love her! She is the cream to my oreo!! lol. I just love meeting new people with different personalities. I am a individualist, I try not to run with the crowd.
My major is Elementry Education so i hope to become a kindergarten or first grade teacher in the near future. I hope to attend SIUE after i receive my associates in the arts here. Ever since I could remember, becoming a teacher was my dream. I do not want to do it for the money because I know teachers do not make that much. I want to become a Elementary teacher because i just love kids, and for some odd reason; they love me back! lol I have realized that kids look up to you more than anyone else, in their eyes; we are like super heroes which makes it that much cooler. Not only do i want to become a teacher, I would also like to double major in cosmetology. I LOVE doing hair. At time my hair may not look all that great, but i can turn a ugly duckling into a swan lol! I like to do hair because even the ugliest hair cut can look amazing with a dash of teasing and a swipe of wax! i just love it!!
